Victor Moran, Camt is a seasoned professional in maintenance management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Regional Maintenance Supervisor at GY Properties since September 2022, Victor has also held key positions at Epic Asset Management in the Maintenance Service Group since May 2018 and at AvalonBay Communities as the Maintenance Team Lead from May 2014 to May 2018. Prior to these roles, Victor worked as a Security Officer at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from October 2011 to April 2014. Victor holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music Theory and Composition from Instituto Canzion, completed between 2015 and 2017, and is a graduate of Hazen High School.
