Marsha obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University between 1994 and 1997.

Founded in 2011, Epic Charter Schools (Epic) is Oklahoma’s largest public virtual charter school – and among the largest of its kind in the U.S. – serving approximately 30,000 students from PreK-12th grade in all 77 counties statewide.
