Kevin Roecker

Kevin Roecker is an experienced Help Desk Administrator and Chief Onboarding Officer at EPIC Creative, where responsibilities include monitoring the tech ticketing system, managing computer hardware/software inventory, and providing end-user training. With extensive IT support experience, Kevin has also served as a Dairyman at Roecker Dairy, managing a dairy herd and handling various agricultural activities. Previous roles include cashier and management positions at Cousins Submarines, Inc. and Arby's Restaurant Group. Kevin holds an Associate of Applied Science in IT Computer Support Specialist and a second Associate of Applied Science in Print Media from Waukesha County Technical College, alongside a high school diploma from Slinger High School.
