Aaron Carlisle

Aaron Carlisle is a seasoned animation and technical director with a wealth of experience in pipeline development and animation tools. Currently serving as the Lead Animation TD at That's No Moon since October 2023, Aaron previously held multiple leadership roles at Epic Games, including Lead Pipeline TD, where orchestration of specialized teams for production initiatives was key. Demonstrated expertise in optimizing artist workflows for Fortnite, along with development of integration-agnostic tools, highlights a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at Reel FX, where Aaron contributed to debugging and tool development, and artistic direction in the cosmetic industry. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Animation from Full Sail University complements a background that includes military service and early artistic instruction in gymnastics.
