Andrew Lucas, PMP, currently serves as the Quality Assurance Manager for Release QA at Epic Games, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew accumulated over a decade of experience at Electronic Arts (EA), advancing through various titles including Development Director, Development Manager, QA Project Manager, QA Project Lead, Senior Quality Analyst, Quality Analyst II, and Executive & Customer Relations Lead. Key accomplishments include leading Quality Verification efforts for major titles such as Dead Space Remake and Star Wars: Squadrons, along with responsibilities in staff planning, operational budgeting, risk management, and strategic alignment. Earlier career experiences include customer service roles at Bioware, TeleTech, Ontario Provincial Police, Follett Higher Education Group, and Teleperformance, reflecting a solid foundation in communication and customer relations. Andrew holds a Certificate in Public Safety Communications from Sir Sandford Flemming College and has a degree from Trent University.
