Cristian Vasile

Cristian Vasile is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in quality assurance and product management across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Quality at Epic Games since May 2020, Cristian leads a global team of over 200 and has significantly improved product quality by implementing innovative testing strategies and metrics. Previously, Cristian held roles including Technical Product Manager at Epic Games, Head of Quality at Equals, and Lead Test Engineer at Onfido, where achievements included reducing production times and modernizing testing processes. Cristian's foundational experience began with roles at Travelex, HP Autonomy, Resource Group, and Electronic Arts, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of York.
