Jessica Leonard

Jessica Leonard currently serves as the Trust & Safety Learning and Development Manager at Epic Games, overseeing the T&S L&D team and managing learning initiatives for platforms including Fortnite and Fall Guys. Previously, Jessica held the position of Moderation Policy and Training Manager at Epic Games, where a scalable moderation training program for over 3,000 learners was developed. Prior to Epic Games, Jessica worked at Microsoft as a Policy Specialist and Training Coordinator for Mixer Trust & Safety, and as a Content Moderator on an Apex contract. Jessica's experience also includes roles at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale as a Library Assistant and Museum Assistant. Academically, Jessica holds a Master of Arts in History and a Bachelor's degree in Classics from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
