Matt Stone

Matt Stone is a Senior Gameplay C++ Programmer on the Fortnite team at Epic Games, where responsibilities include core gameplay development since May 2018. Previously, Matt held roles as a Gameplay C++ Programmer and C++ UI Programmer for the same team. Prior experience includes serving as a Computer Science Lab TA for a Java I course at Appalachian State University and an Epic Games C++ UI Programmer Intern. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology from Appalachian State University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Science from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
