Pratibha Sachdeva is currently the Regional HR Leader at Epic Games, where Pratibha partners with APAC business leaders to develop strategic talent goals and define people priorities. With previous experience at companies like Kincentric Spencer Stuart, Mercer, Microsoft, and Deloitte India, Pratibha has a strong background in HR operations, policies, talent management, and organization development. Pratibha holds an MBA in Human Resource from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a B'com (Honours) in Commerce from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi.
