Jessica Pandales

Jessica Pandales has a diverse work history in human resources and social services. Jessica started as a volunteer/counselor at United North Amityville Youth in 2003 before moving on to roles at Life's WORC, where they worked as a Direct Support Professional and later as a Recruitment Associate. Since 2018, Jessica has been involved with EPIC Long Island, taking on positions such as Human Resources Generalist, Manager, Assistant Director, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources.

Jessica Pandales completed their NYS Regents High School Diploma at St. Anthony High School from 2003 to 2007. Jessica then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from 2011 to 2017 at Farmingdale State College. In 2021, they obtained certifications as a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from the American Safety and Health Institute and as a SCIP Instructor from the NEW YORK STATE OPWDD.
