Dylan Brewer

Senior Director, Marketing at Epic Records

Dylan Brewer is the current Senior Director of Marketing at Epic Records. Dylan has held this position for the past 4 years. Prior to that, they were the VP of Marketing and Head of Experiential at Epic Records for 3 years. Dylan has also worked as the Marketing & Strategy Lead and Digital Partnerships Lead at Def Jam Recordings, where they oversaw all digital/content initiatives for Def Jam's developing artist roster. Some of the artists they have worked with include Justin Bieber, Pusha T, Logic, Ludacris, Axwell /\ Ingrosso, and Jennifer Lopez.

In addition to their work in the music industry, Dylan is also a music director and founder. Dylan produced all music campaigns for Google's first ever livestream content initiative, Google Hangouts. Dylan was also the music director for TEDxUMass Amherst. Lastly, they is the founder of The Brio Life, a 3-year-old company that creates custom playlists for people based on their moods.

Dylan's interest in music began at a young age. Dylan started playing the piano when they were 5 years old and continued to play throughout their childhood. In high school, they were a part of the jazz band and orchestra. After graduating from high school, Dylan attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where they studied Music Business & Management. It was during their time at UMass that Dylan interned at iHeartRadio, The Boom Room, and MusicQubed (previously ChartsNow). These internships solidified their love for the music industry and led him to their current career path.

Dylan Brewer has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Business Administration and Management degree from Imperial College London.
