Bea Steck

Bea Steck has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bea most recently worked at Epic Staffing Group as a Benefits Lead Advisor starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they served as an LOA HR Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from October 2018 to June 2022.

Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bea worked at rue21 for several years, holding different positions. From March 2015 to September 2018, they served as a Benefits Specialist. From July 2012 to February 2015, they worked as a Loss Prevention Coordinator. Additionally, they held the position of Sales Audit Associate from July 2011 to July 2012.

Earlier in their career, Bea worked at John Morrell Food Group as a Branch Administrator from April 2009 to July 2011, and at Highmark as a Risk Management Coordinator from 1996 to 2000.

Bea Steck attended Carlow University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. However, the dates of their enrollment and completion are unknown. Additionally, Bea obtained a certification in SHRM-CP from SHRM Certification in June 2018.
