Laurie Travers Rose

Laurie Travers Rose has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laurie began their career at The MENTOR Network as a Receptionist/Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant and worked there from 2000 to 2004. In 2004, they briefly worked as an Office Manager at Lightspace. In 2005, Laurie joined Momenta Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Manager in the Human Resources department and held that position until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Laurie worked at BIND Therapeutics, first as a Staffing Consultant and later as a Senior Manager in Human Resources. Laurie then moved on to Agios Pharmaceuticals, where they served as a Senior Manager and later as an Associate Director in Talent Acquisition from 2016 to 2020.

In 2020, Laurie joined Magenta Therapeutics as a Director of Talent and held that position until early 2022 when they were promoted to Senior Director of Talent and People Partner. Finally, in 2023, they became a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc.

Laurie Travers Rose completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Boston University from 1995 to 1999. Laurie then pursued their Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management at Emmanuel College (Boston) from 2006 to 2010.
