Kaitlyn Ellett has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Implementation Project Manager and Team Lead at Epic, Mortgage Operations Intern at Quicken Loans, Summer Research Intern at the Center for Child and Family Policy, Johnson Research Assistant to the Chair of CSWEP at the Center for Status of Women in the Economic Profession, Membership Intern at Voices for America's Children, Lead Now Fellow at Teach For America, Intern at the Duke Alumni Association, Volunteer Coordinator for the Ilya Sheyman for Congress campaign, Intern at Lake County Democrats, and Intern at the Center for Child and Family Policy. Kaitlyn has gained valuable skills such as project management, research, data analysis, communication, and leadership throughout their various roles.

Kaitlyn Ellett, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Mundelein High School from 2006 to 2010. In terms of certifications, Kaitlyn obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2019. Additionally, they received various certifications related to Epic software, including Epic Cadence/Prelude, Epic Charge Description Master, Epic Single Billing Office, and Epic Professional Billing, all obtained in 2014.
