Nikhil Waishampayan

Nikhil Waishampayan currently serves as the Healthcare Technology Leader at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, starting in January 2024. Nikhil's career includes a role as Director of Platform Engineering at Pharmaceutical Strategies Group from January 2017 to December 2020, and Senior Engineering Manager at Matson, Inc. from January 2009 to December 2016, focusing on modernizing software systems for ocean shipping and logistics. Nikhil also managed engineering teams at Horizonlines, overseeing software development for maritime terminal operations. Nikhil's early career included a position as a Software Engineering Consultant at NTT Data from September 2000 to December 2008. Nikhil holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
