Angie Rose is a highly experienced senior epidemiologist with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving at Epiconcept since February 2018, Angie has previously held positions at The University of the West Indies as an epidemiologist and senior lecturer from February 2007 to January 2018, and worked as a consultant epidemiologist at EpiConcept from 2008 to 2015. Additional roles include epidemiologist at Epicentre (2004-2007), EPIET fellow at InVS and KTL (2004 and 2001-2003, respectively), and epidemiologist at the Health Protection Agency (1997-2001). Angie began a professional journey as an HIV/AIDS researcher at the Ministry of Health Zimbabwe and as a science and maths teacher at the Ministry of Education Zimbabwe. Earlier in the career, Angie also served as a production editor at Pergamon Press (Elsevier Science Publishing). Academic credentials include a PhD from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, a PGCE from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
