Ashton S. has extensive experience in product support and IT operations, currently serving as the Manager of Product Support and IT Operations at Epicor since October 2024, following a decade-long tenure at Acadia Software - SAI where previous roles included Manager, Production Operations Team Lead, Product Specialist, and Support Engineer. Prior to this, Ashton S. worked as an Engineering Aide at the US Army Corps of Engineers and gained additional experience as a Photographer and Web Designer at SSC Photography. Ashton S. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from York College of Pennsylvania, earned from 2009 to 2013.
