Cara Pingel has a strong background in product marketing and strategic leadership. Cara is currently working as a Principal Product Marketing at Epicor Software. Prior to that, they were the Product Strategy Leader at Further, where they provided strategic and product leadership to cross-functional teams. Cara also has experience as the Principal Owner & Chief Marketing Officer at Headwater Growers and as a Marketing and Communications- Business Solutions at CHS Inc. Additionally, Cara has worked as a Strategic & Brand Marketing Consultant and as a Senior Marketing Manager at C.H. Robinson/ Robinson Fresh. Cara began their career as a Marketing Manager at Hiway Federal Credit Union and later became the Marketing and Public Relations Supervisor at Wings Financial Credit Union. Throughout their career, Cara has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic plans, managing P&L, and driving growth through effective marketing strategies.

Cara Pingel holds a Mini MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing from Western Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Cara also obtained a certification in Product Marketing from the Product Marketing Alliance in 2021.
