Joe Cherian

Vice President - Customer Experience & Digital Transformation at Epicor

Joe Cherian has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Joe is currently working at Epicor as the Vice President of Customer Experience & Digital Transformation. In this role, they are responsible for defining and leading the global customer support strategy, technology vision, and directing the evolution of the customer-facing customized ServiceNow IT Service Management platform.

Prior to joining Epicor, Joe worked at NCR Corporation as a Program Manager, where they managed a portfolio of strategic and operational programs for the Oracle ERP CRM Field Service R12 platform. Joe also directed a PMO and collaborated with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams on analysis, planning, and change management.

Joe's previous experience includes working at Inspirata (formerly Caradigm) as a Program Manager, where they established the enterprise information technology strategy and infrastructure. Joe was responsible for setting IT vision/standards and leading a team of employees and consultants in establishing networks, systems, and data centers.

Before that, Joe worked at GE Healthcare for 10 years, starting as a PMO and Project Manager and progressing into leadership roles. Joe led the corporate Siebel CRM program, managing a team of project managers and analysts, vendor staff, and cross-functional team members. Joe oversaw platform software development, maintenance, releases, and process improvements.

Joe began their career at HP, where they led a team in streamlining the Quote to Cash process and tools and designed an Online Training Website for configuration tools. Joe also has experience working at ABACO, Docucorp International, DataScan Technologies, HAYES MICROCOMPUTERS, and served as a Team Lead in the United States Marine Corps.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and manage teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results in the technology industry.

Joe Cherian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University. Joe is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Joe Cherian also holds a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
