Josh Roberts

Josh Roberts has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Josh started their career at Epicor in 2006 as a Territory Manager and Customer Account Manager. Josh then moved on to Oracle in 2014, where they worked as a Customer Experience (CX) Applications Manager. Josh rejoined Epicor in 2010 as a Territory Manager and later became a Sr. Territory Manager - Manufacturing. In 2018, they were promoted to Sr. Director of Sales, leading a team of sales professionals. Currently, in 2021, they are serving as the Regional Vice President at Epicor.

Josh Roberts completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Wartburg College in the years 2002 to 2006. Josh then went on to pursue an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2022 and 2025. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Creating a Culture of Collaboration" and "Sales: Data-Driven Sales Management" from LinkedIn, as well as "Cloud Foundations" from Epicor Software in 2020.
