Rajesh MacHina

Rajesh Machina has served as a Senior Program Manager at Epicor since January 2020, where responsibilities include acting as chief of staff to the Managing Director's office in India, managing operations, defining objectives for product development and customer support, and overseeing talent acquisition and attrition management. Prior to Epicor, Rajesh held the position of Program Manager at Qwikcilver Solutions from December 2014 to January 2020, focusing on end-to-end process ownership, client engagement, and managing cross-functional teams, as well as a role as Business Analyst that involved commercial management and data analytics. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, obtained in 2013.
