Sreeram Ramakrishnan

Sreeram Ramakrishnan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in ERP application support and team management. Currently serving as Director of ERP Application Support at Epicor since November 2015, Sreeram leads a diverse team of 70 FTEs, focusing on training, knowledge transfer, and performance management while utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO methodologies for continuous improvement. Previous roles include positions at Tesco and VWR International, where responsibilities involved managing teams, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. Sreeram initiated process improvements, talent management, and succession planning throughout various leadership roles, starting from early career experiences in marketing and research assistance. Sreeram holds a B.Sc. in Computer Technology from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology.
