Bouker Pool has held a variety of roles in the sports and media industries since 2013. From 2013-2019, they were Chief Operating Officer & Chief Marketing Officer of Endeavor Sports Performance, Senior Vice President, Head of Advisory Services, and Operating Partner at Alchemy Global Holdings, LLC & Old Trail Capital, LLC, and Advisor and Chief Marketing & Operating Officer at TriHabitat, LLC. From 2015-2018, they were an Advisor at Milestone Sports and The18.com, and from 2013-2017, they were an Advisor and Chief Marketing Officer at AQB Gaming Inc. In 2019, they became Chief Commercial Officer at USA Cycling, and in 2022, they are currently a Fractional CMO & Strategic Growth Advisor at Epicured and Advisory Board Member at Eon Media.

Bouker Pool earned an MBA in Sport Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business between 2000 and 2002. Bouker also holds a BA in English & Communications from the University of Denver, obtained in 1995. Additionally, they have obtained a Level 1 Coach certification from the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) in 2021, a SafeSport Certification from the U.S. Center for SafeSport in 2019, and an Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross in 2020.
