Moritz Meister

Moritz Meister is a seasoned professional in the fields of data engineering and machine learning operations, currently serving as a Senior MLOps Engineer at Epidemic Sound since May 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Data Engineer at Northvolt, where Moritz significantly reduced ML model deployment time and led the development of a Databricks-based ML platform. Additionally, Moritz held the position of Head of Feature Store at Hopsworks, managing the feature store roadmap and overseeing pre-sales engineering activities. Previous roles also include software engineering and data science consulting at DYMATRIX, as well as an internship at Tognum AG. Moritz holds multiple Master's degrees in Data Science and Computer Science from prestigious institutions, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from Maastricht University.
