Bharadwaja Pindiprolu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Co-Founder of Hapida events. In 2019, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Mangolics. Later that year, they joined iD Fresh Food (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Territory incharge and then transitioned to the role of Territory Sales Manager for AP & TS iD Filter Coffee. In 2020, Bharadwaja worked as a Business Operations Manager at CupShup. Bharadwaja then joined Licious - Born to meat as a Territory Sales Incharge, where they were responsible for introducing the Ready-To-Eat Category into the offline channel in Telangana. Bharadwaja Pindiprolu completed their Executive PGDBM in Marketing Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Swami Vivekananda University, which they completed from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Bharadwaja obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Bharadwaja received a certification in Business Management from Oxford Home Study College in May 2020. Bharadwaja also obtained a certification in Public Relations from the same institution in the same month and year. Furthermore, they completed a certification in Digital Marketing from Udemy in March 2020, followed by a certification in Supply Chain Fundamentals: Understanding and Basics from the same platform in the same month and year. Lastly, Bharadwaja obtained an MBA certification from Udemy in September 2018.
