Alexandra Fotiadou has worked in three different companies. Alexandra started at Infinity Ltd in 2013 as a VIP Client Relations Manager. In 2015, they moved to Unique Destination Ltd, Hop in SIGHTSEEING Athens Office, where they were a Customer Service Agent Team Lead. Since 2017, they have been working at Epignosis eLearning solutions, first as a Customer Success Associate and later as a Customer Success Team Lead.
Alexandra Fotiadou obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Heriot-Watt University in 2013. Alexandra then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ukraine Jobs between 2011 and 2015. In November 2017, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Search Engine Optimization from Coursera Course Certificates.
