Angeliki Kalaouzi has held a variety of roles in the customer service, teaching, and customer success fields. From 2019 to present, they have been with Epignosis Learning Technologies, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Consultant, and Customer Success Consultant. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Palo Alto Networks as a Customer Service Representative 2 and Customer Service Representative, providing phone, email, and web case support to customers. From 2015 to 2019, they also worked at Convergys as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, they worked at Private English School from 2009 to 2015 as an English Teacher, and at ISON Foreign Language School from 2008 to 2009 as an English Teacher.

Angeliki Kalaouzi attended Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General.
