Areti Damianou has a solid work experience history. Areti started their career at Cipro Mediterranean Ltd in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2018, they joined City Relay as a Guest Relations Assistant before being promoted to Reservations Agent and later Reservations Supervisor. Currently, Areti is employed at Epignosis learning technologies as a Customer Success Associate, Customer Success Consultant, and currently as an Account Manager since 2020.

Areti Damianou completed their education at various institutions. Areti attended The G C School of Careers from 2007 to 2014, where they did not obtain any degree or field of study. In 2014, they enrolled at the University of Nottingham and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in International Management. During their studies at the University of Nottingham, they also attended McGill University in 2015 and 2016 to pursue International Management, though they did not receive a degree from there. In 2017, Areti Damianou pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Surrey, which they completed in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Areti Damianou has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they earned the certification of Certified Customer Success Manager from The Success League and also completed a course in Graphic Design Foundations: Layout and Composition from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in 2020, they obtained the Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourism from GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council).
