Natalie Petsali

Director, Customer Success at Epignosis

Natalie Petsali has worked in the customer success and sales industries since 2011. Natalie began their career at Ideal Group SA as a Marketing Executive in 2011. In 2015, they joined PEOPLECERT as an International Sales Associate. In 2017, they began working at Epignosis Learning Technologies, first as a Customer Success Manager and then as Head of Customer Success, where they implemented the overall vision and strategic plan of Customer Success and built, led, and managed a team of Customer Success Associates and Consultants. Natalie has since been promoted to Director of Customer Success.

Natalie Petsali completed a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (MAIS) in International Relations and Affairs from the Diplomatische Akademie Wien between 2009 and 2011. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from SUNY Empire State College between 2005 and 2009.
