Allan Toft Hedegaard Knudsen

Allan Toft Hedegaard Knudsen is a Director at Epinion, a previous Copenhagen Business School Guest Lecturer, and Aarhus University, School of Business and Social Sciences Master Thesis Student. Allan's areas of focus include Qualitative Methods - Focus Groups, from a Market Research Perspective, and Comparative Ethnic Relations and Human Rights. Allan's master thesis, "Ethnic Exclusion & State Repression", concerned the relationship between ethnic power relations and state repression. Allan's research found that the more ethnic groups are excluded from state institutions, the more likely these groups will mobilize against the state power holding ethnic group, and the more likely the state power holding ethnic group will use state repression in response.

Allan Toft Hedegaard Knudsen began their educational career by attending a summer university course on Adfærdsøkonomi - Menneskelig irationalitet og valg (Behavioral Economics - Human Irrationality and Choice) at Københavns Universitet (University of Copenhagen). Allan then went on to earn their Master's degree in Political Science from Aarhus University. Next, they completed their Gymnasiel eksamen (high school diploma) with a focus on Sproglig student (linguistic studies) from Horsens Gymnasium. Finally, they have two certifications: one from Peter Grumstrup for The Consultant as Meeting Facilitator and another from the Center for Learning and Education at Aarhus University in University Teaching - Course for Student Teachers.
