Jim Talley

Jim Talley is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Epiphany, overseeing contact center operations in the healthcare tech market. Serving as a Director on the Board of Directors at Towpath Credit Union, Jim works towards providing the best member experience and improving financial wellness in communities. As a Disaster Action Team Leader at the American Red Cross, Jim leads emergency response efforts for local disasters. With past experience in various leadership roles at Genesis Financial Solutions, Signet Jewelers, and Sterling Jewelers, Jim has a strong background in contact center operations, collections, recovery, and strategy. Jim holds a BSBA degree in Finance from The University of Akron.
