Maria Camila Fredericks

Maria Camila Fredericks is an experienced educator and environmental advocate, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Garden Education at Epiphany School since August 2022. Previously, Maria held roles such as Science and Garden Teaching Fellow and Math Enrichment Teaching Assistant at Chicago Public Schools, where personalized instruction for diverse learners was emphasized. Other notable positions include Farm Educator and Apprentice at Raindance Organic Farm, Content Strategist and Writer for Humans for Abundance, and English Teaching Assistant with Fulbright Colombia. Maria holds a Master of Education in Secondary Science Education from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Decision Making from The Ohio State University, complemented by international experience in Ecuador and Spain.
