Norine Shults

Norine Shults possesses extensive experience in executive communications and leadership roles, with a career spanning over three decades in high-profile firms and organizations. At Epiphany School, Norine serves as a Volunteer Tutor/Mentor, contributing to the education of economically disadvantaged students. Currently holding positions as Treasurer and Board Member at the South End Historical Society and as Chair of the Fundraising Committee at South End Baseball, Norine actively supports community initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President and Head of the Boston Office at Chaloner and Vice President of Internal and Executive Communications at Fidelity Investments, where strategic communications and client relations were paramount. Norine's early career featured senior positions at well-known agencies, including Burson-Marsteller and Brodeur, focused on delivering integrated communications strategies. An alumnus of Saint Michael's College with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Norine has consistently demonstrated a commitment to both professional excellence and community engagement.
