Alessandra Parisi began their work experience in 2012 with internships at StatPro, British Institutes, and CDM- Consulenze direzionali e Marketing. Alessandra then joined Catalina Italia in 2014, where they worked as a Client Service intern, Client Service employee, and eventually a Client Consultant until 2018. In 2018, Alessandra joined Epipoli S.p.A. as a Consumer Engagement Account, and later became a Customer Engagement Manager in December 2020.

Alessandra Parisi has a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Palermo, which they pursued from 2006 to 2011. Alessandra also participated in an Erasmus Project at Ichec Brussels Management School from 2007 to 2008. Alessandra completed their high school education at Liceo Classico Vittorio Emanuele II, earning a Diploma di Liceo Classico from 2000 to 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Alessandra obtained a C1 Effective Operational Proficiency-English Certificate from the British Institutes of Palermo in July 2012. Alessandra also obtained a B2 Vantage certification from the same institution in September 2011.
