Bill Polese is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving sales and operational improvements in the legal and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Epiq since May 2025, Bill focuses on empowering legal teams through AI-driven solutions for enhanced efficiency and transformation. Previous roles include Vice President at LexCheck, where Bill expanded the go-to-market strategy for AI-enabled SaaS platforms, and Vice President of Sales at Cyndx, where Bill refined go-to-market activities for an AI platform in investment banking. Bill's early career includes significant contributions at Datasite as Manager Sales for the Americas Northeast Region, and at Merrill Corporation as Director of DataSite Sales, where Bill co-created the virtual diligence SaaS market in the New York area. Bill holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA in History from The Catholic University of America.
