Lisa Johnson is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Learning & Development at Epiq since December 2018. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Life1440 since September 2013, Lisa focuses on business coaching and leadership development. Prior to these roles, Lisa spent over two decades at LexisNexis, where responsibilities included Performance Consultant, National Training Manager, and Sales Consultant, with a strong emphasis on training program development, relationship management, and sales. Lisa's career began as an attorney at Fitzsimmons, Roberts & Paine, where litigation expertise was demonstrated through successful jury verdicts and settlements. Holding a Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina, Lisa combines legal knowledge with extensive training and development experience.
