Ramya Hari serves as a Product Development Manager and QA Practice Lead at Epiq, where responsibilities include overseeing a diverse team of engineers, product owners, and quality assurance professionals since January 2010. Previous roles include Lead Quality Assurance Analyst and Scrum Master, focusing on facilitating Scrum processes for multiple teams, as well as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. Prior to Epiq, Ramya worked as a Lead QA Analyst for the City of New York, managing test design teams for the CityTime Application, and served as a Performance Analyst at McKinsey & Company, handling performance testing for intranet applications. Ramya's career began as a Programmer Analyst at DSQ Software Ltd. Ramya holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University.
