Deborah Pleiman

Deborah Pleiman is a seasoned real estate consultant with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Consultant at RETools4U since January 2023, Deborah previously held roles at eXp Realty from April 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included real estate consulting, team building, training, and overseeing the development and growth of eXp Realty operations in Canada as the Director of Canadian Brokerage Operations. Earlier in career, Deborah was the Broker Owner of RE/MAX Results Realty from April 2009 to March 2013. Deborah's educational background includes studies at the University of Victoria, the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and The University of British Columbia.
