Lisa Perkins

Lisa Perkins currently serves as the Director of Project Management at Epique Realty since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa held various leadership positions including Care Management Director of Operations at Point C from November 2023 to November 2024, and Director of Call Center Solutions at Vālenz® from June 2022 to September 2023, where oversight of enterprise call center operations was a key responsibility. Lisa's extensive experience includes serving as Quality/Operations Manager at Vālenz Care from January 2010 to September 2023, Utilization Intake Coordinator at MED-CERT INC from February 2007 to January 2010, and Quality/Appeal Coordinator at Guided2Health from February 2004 to February 2007. Early in Lisa's career, positions included Network Customer Service Coordinator at BayCare Health Network and Claims Processor at MetLife. Lisa completed education at Leto High School, graduating in 1989.
