Fernando Adarve Garcia-Brazales

Fernando Adarve Garcia-Brazales has a diverse work experience. Fernando is currently employed at TM Real Estate Group since 2017, where they serve as the Head of the Department of Business Intelligence and Corporate Development. In this role, they manage projects and acts as a BI Developer, responsible for implementing corporate governance initiatives and facilitating decision-making for the Board of Directors. Fernando also oversees the company's implementation of various management tools and the integral dashboard.

Prior to this, Fernando worked as a Tax Aide at AARP for a brief period in 2017.

Fernando also has an extensive history at TM Real Estate Group, starting from 2005. From 2005 to 2014, they worked as an Accounting and Management Control Technician, where they were responsible for budgeting, deviation analysis, and sales and cost control. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Head of the Department of Accounting and Management Control, where they coordinated and monitored budgets and sales and cost control, among other responsibilities.

Before joining TM Real Estate Group, Fernando worked as a Financial Analyst at SGR Comunidad Valenciana from 2004 to 2005.

Fernando Adarve Garcia-Brazales has a diverse educational background. In 2001, they started their undergraduate studies at Universitat d'Alacant, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finances. Fernando successfully completed their degree in 2005.

After gaining some professional experience, Fernando decided to further enhance their knowledge in the field of data science for business. In 2019, they enrolled at ENAE Business School for a Master's degree in Data Science for Business, specializing in Business Intelligence & Big Data. Fernando completed this program in 2020.

In addition to their formal degrees, Fernando has also obtained several certifications to complement their education. In 2014, they obtained the Chartered Controller Analyst (CCA) certification from Wolters Kluwer. That same year, they also completed the Programa Ejecutivo en Control de Gestión, Estrategia e Innovación (PECEI) from the same institution. In 2017, they obtained the Técnico Especialista TIC en Bases de Datos y Lenguajes Estructurales certification from Euroinnova Formacion, International Business School.

Furthermore, Fernando has demonstrated their proficiency in English by obtaining the First Certificate in English (FCE) of Cambridge at level C from Cambridge College in 2014.

Fernando's educational journey also involved pursuing an engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., starting in 2018. The completion date for this degree is not specified.

Most recently, Fernando has added to their certifications by obtaining the Qlik Sense Business Analyst Certification and the Qlik Sense Data Architect Certification from Qlik in May 2023.
