Guilherme Paiva

Guilherme Paiva has extensive experience in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as Global Automation Lead at Epiroc since September 2017, where responsibilities include portfolio strategy and business development for underground drilling technology, along with project leadership for technology implementation. Previously, Guilherme worked at Atlas Copco Brasil for nearly a decade, holding roles from Product Engineer to Product Manager, focusing on underground automation, project coordination, and technical site visits across various countries. Earlier career experiences include positions in marketing, business development, and engineering with Unilever and Diversey Brasil. Guilherme holds a Master of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from USP and a degree in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar.
