John Swift

John Swift currently serves as Managing Director for Epiroc Chile SAC and Epiroc Argentina S.A. since June 2016, where responsibilities include creating and implementing organizational strategies, enhancing business growth and operational excellence, and overseeing leadership development initiatives. Prior roles include Business Line Manager for Parts and Service, driving commercial growth across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea, and various management positions at Atlas Copco and Geological Technologies, Inc. John Swift holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Penn State Dickinson Law, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Shepherd University, and completed studies at the Institute for Generative Leadership in generative leadership.
