Lindsay Royston

Lindsay Royston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lindsay began their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Westinghouse Rail Systems Limited, where they managed operations across multiple sites. Lindsay then moved on to work at Invensys as the Director of Manufacturing, leading culture change and implementing lean practices across the company's regional manufacturing operations. Lindsay also held roles as General Manager at Global Automotive Logistics Pty Ltd, Sales & Marketing Director at Ajax Engineered Fasteners & Global Automotive Logistics, and Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director at Global Engineered Fasteners P/L. Lindsay later served as CEO of Heldon Group, where they also held positions as Group Operations Director & General Manager (China) and Operations Manager: Manufacturing, Procurement, & Supply Chain. Lindsay was the Managing Director of Infastco Pty Ltd before joining Joy Global as Director of Supply & Logistics - Australasia. Lindsay also worked at Atlas Copco as the Business Line Manager for Mining Rock Excavation - Parts and Services. Currently, Lindsay is the Vice President of Operations - Surface Division and Chairperson of the Epiroc Production Council at Epiroc.

Lindsay Royston completed a Diploma in FEM Executive Management Program at Stockholm School of Economics from 2015 to 2016. In 1999, they obtained a Lean Enterprise & Six Sigma certification from Invensys Lean Enterprise University. Lindsay also attended Australian Institute of Management from 1980 to 1999, where they pursued numerous industry appropriate executive, strategic, financial management, risk & safety management courses. Lindsay received a BEng in Communications from RMIT University from 1975 to 1979 and also completed a High Reliability Hand Soldering course from RAAF in 1978. In 1974, Lindsay earned a degree in Electronics & Communications, specializing in Electronics Engineering, Microcomputer Systems Design, Electrical & Communications Engineering, from RMIT University.
