Paul Lucas is an experienced professional in the engineering and reliability sectors, currently serving as the Asia Pacific Regional Performance Centre Manager at Epiroc since May 2018. Prior roles include National Reliability and Technical Services Manager at Atlas Copco and Reliability Superintendent at BHP Billiton, where leadership of technical teams and advising on reliability improvement processes were key responsibilities. Paul began a career in engineering with Bombardier Transportation as Lead Engineer, followed by roles at British Midland International and various positions in aeronautical maintenance.
