Therese Reinfeldt

Therese Reinfeldt is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a focus on executive search and strategic recruitment. Currently serving as the Group Talent Acquisition Manager at Epiroc since October 2023, Therese is responsible for senior executive search and assessment for the Epiroc Group. Prior to this role, Therese held the position of Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Manager at Northvolt from June 2021 to October 2023, leading global executive search for c-level and strategic leadership positions. With a rich background in executive search and board recruitment, Therese founded T. Reinfeldt & Partners AB and co-founded Stardust Search AB and Lagercrantz Reinfeldt AB. Previous roles also include Special Advisor for Board Recruitment at Regeringskansliet and Talent Acquisition Manager for the EMEA Region at Heidrick & Struggles. Therese's education includes certifications in HR Management and Executive Business Administration from prestigious institutions such as Stockholm University and IFL Stockholm School of Economics.
