Dr. Tanya Hylton-Franco

Dr. Tanya Hylton-Franco currently serves as the Executive Director at The Salvation Army since October 2023 and has held various leadership roles at Harvest Rain Academy, where responsibilities include Prek Project Director and Director since January 2002. Additionally, Dr. Hylton-Franco manages operations at Episcopal Children's Services, Inc. since September 2020, previously serving as Manager of Center Operations for ECS Skylark HS/EHS. Prior experience includes the role of Compliance Officer at GCEO from November 1999 to November 2002. Dr. Hylton-Franco holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Administration from Argosy University (2016), a Master's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Phoenix (2014), a Master's in Ministry from Luther Rice College & Seminary (2011), a Master of Education (MEd) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Phoenix (2008), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Utica University.
