Monica Harlow

Deputy Director, Services at Episcopal Community Services

Monica joins ECS with over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Most recently, Monica served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. In addition to her years in administration, she has run a family shelter for Hamilton Families and was Director of Support Services at Tenderloin Housing Clinic.

The role of Deputy Director of Services is a newly created position responsible for overseeing ECS’ portfolio of programs and services in Interim Housing, Healthy Aging, Workforce Development and Social Enterprise, and Behavioral Health. Monica holds a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albay, an MA in Organization Development from Sonoma State University, and is currently working on a Master of Arts degree in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
