Emily Bloom

Vice President, Innovation & Business Development (maryland) at Episcopal Relief & Development

Emily Bloom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and partnership management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation and Business Development at Episcopal Relief & Development since November 2019, Emily previously held the role of Senior Director of Business Development at the International Youth Foundation from September 2013 to October 2019, where leadership encompassed business development in the Africa region and management of partnerships with private companies and donors. Previous positions include Manager of Private Sector Partnerships at Chemonics International and a Graduate Grantmaking Intern at The Global Fund for Children. Emily began their career as an educator with Teach for America and has a strong educational foundation, with an M.A. in International Development Studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs and a B.A. in International Relations from The George Washington University.
