Laura Lamb has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Laura started their career at Episcopal Retirement Homes in 1994, where they completed an internship as an Administrator-in-Training as part of their Master's program at Xavier University. Laura then held various roles at the company, including Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Officer of Hospitality Services. In 2004, they transitioned to Episcopal Retirement Services, where they served as the Vice President of Health and Hospitality Services. In this role, they provided operational leadership and oversaw the organization's annual capital plan. From 2008 to 2015, Laura worked as the Vice President of Residential Housing and Healthcare, where they provided strategic and operational leadership in the areas of health services and residential housing. In 2015, they were promoted to Executive Vice President, and in 2017, they became the President and CEO of Episcopal Retirement Services. Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and manage teams in the healthcare industry.
Laura Lamb completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology at the University of Cincinnati from 1987 to 1991. Laura then pursued a Master's Degree in Health Administration at Xavier University from 1992 to 1994.
