Sharon Freitas

Sharon Freitas has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to counseling, case management, and career services. Sharon began their career as an Employment Consultant at Rochester Rehabilitation Center, where they assisted individuals with traumatic brain injuries and/or mental health diagnoses. Sharon provided job strategies, environmental modifications, interpersonal supports, crisis intervention and counseling, and job development and placement services.
